’19  LIFE GROUPS COMING SOON

We believe real life change happens best in the context of shared stories. Most Life Groups meet once a week in locations all across the metro area, providing a place for connection, growth, and discussion.

We offer three different formats for our groups: Interest Based, Service Based, and Bible Study Based.

’18 SPRING LIFE GROUPS

Clean/Healthy Eating Meal Prep
Healthy Recipe Sharing & Nutritional Education
Type: Interest Based

Learn to cook healthy food for you & your family. Let’s gather with different ingredients & make meals together for the ensuing weeks ahead of us. We will also incorporate stories from “The Message” about what it means to “gather” together. Please be prepared to purchase your own ingredients/groceries for the week, and bring your own Tupperware containers to store your meals.

The first meeting will consist of preparing ourselves best for the following 5 weeks of this Life Group so all questions can be answered.

One of my favorite quotes: “If you do not prepare, you prepare to fail.”

SUMMIT
Focus: Interest Based

Do you have a love for the mountains? Hungry for adventure? Are you ready to take your hiking skills to the next level? Then Summit Life Group is for you!

In Summit, we will make 3 increasingly “adventurous” scrambles together. A scramble is a non-technical ascent of a mountain, meaning it doesn’t require a rope, harness or certain technical expertise but is more involved than just a basic day hike. You do not have to be a mountaineer but you will need to be an experienced hiker and have a fitness level that can sustain all day travel in mountainous terrain. Our first meeting will cover basic mountaineering principles, general gear discussion and expectation of the LifeGroup and our second meeting will be planning our “3” scrambles. We hope to see you in (ON) the Summit!
